Please be specific if you have a prop request from the website or Facebook, most of the props pictured are available but some may not be. Certain poses or props may be limited to 1 per session due to the level of difficulty.

Deposit: A retainer of $200 is required to reserve appointment date. Dates are not secured until the deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied towards a future session within 6 months in the event of cancellation. The deposit goes towards your full investment.
Any prints or products are subject to 6% Michigan sales tax.
Client shall not print, copy, or otherwise reproduce any of the images without the express written consent of Carrie Ferris Photography.
Client’s Right to Use Materials: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only and Client shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions of the prints by any third party unless such reproduction is authorized in writing by Photographer. If Client purchases limited, non-exclusive usage rights to digital files, such usage shall be for personal, non-commercial use only.
Viewing proofs and ordering:
The view/ordering appointment of your proofs will take place within 10-14 days after your session, this may be done online or in person if ordering product. Once the gallery is posted, you will have 24 hrs. to place your order. If the customer does not place their order within this time frame a late fee of $25 may be assessed per day. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of your prints and final edits, and up to 4 weeks on specialty product orders. All final images in your gallery are tastefully retouched & edited at the photographer's discretion. Requests for additional editing/retouching will be billed in advance at $50/hour.
Prices are subject to change at any time, however you are locked into the pricing you booked at until your gallery expires.
Cancellation by the customer due to sickness or other reason is permitted once without charge with a given 24 hr. notice. Additional cancellations will result in loss of your deposit. If 24 hrs notice is not given or you do not show up for your session, this will result in loss of your deposit/retainer and another deposit will be required to reschedule. *

Model Release:
Carrie Ferris Photography (the “Photographer”) owns all right and title to the copyrights in all images and photographic materials created on behalf of the Client and shall have the exclusive right to make prints or reproductions. Photographer reserves and the Client expressly grants the express right of Photographer to make reproductions and use the photographs and images of Client and/or Client's minor children listed above for use in connection with Photographer's portfolio, samples, self-promotions, affiliate organizations, entry in photographic contests or art exhibitions, advertising and promotion, books, magazines, illustrations, editorial use, or for display within or on the outside of the Photographer's studio, on Photographer's website, including on all printed materials, media on the Internet, and any current or future digital media. Client gives the Photographer the right to record behind the scenes videos of Client’s minor children to show on social media. Photographer reserves the right to sell and distribute such materials upon written notice to Client at the address listed above. Nothing herein shall be deemed as a release, transfer, assignment or other disposal of Photographer’s rights in the materials. *
