Another of my newborn babes turns one!  I’ve had a lot of cake smashes this month, and I was so happy when mom and dad agreed to do this one outside for a little change of scenery! I loved the whimsical feel of this session with the butterflies and the little pom pom tree (made by mom) unfortunately Ellie wasn’t too hip on the cake… and by that I mean … could. not. get. that. cake. close!  As long as it was far away she was happy and smiley. I actually felt bad this time to even wipe a little on her mouth so, we decided to forgo the smashing of the cake and just move on to more exciting things. I love how far she is sitting from the cake in the first few pics, it really does record her exact feelings at the time. Enjoy your sneak peek “M” family!
